Dear Club Secretaries
This season got off to a relatively good start but with some minor hitches.
It has been necessary to make some vital changes to this season’s fixtures and I apologise for any inconvenience. Please discard any previous fixtures you may have and replace with the one attached.
Please note the changes take effect from 17/10/09.
Please note, it has not been possible to accommodate all requests and no further changes will be made unless it relates to games abandoned/cancelled due to bad weather.
Please note that the AUTUMN RALLY has been changed and has now been scheduled to take place on 25th October 2009. Please make every effort to enter your team/club. The closing date for entry is 16th October 2009.
REMINDERS
* Please fill out your scorecard correctly, with the name of your team, the date, the age group, and always leave it in the hut
* U12 and U14 teams please ensure you start your matches on time, and finish by five minutes past the hour. If you run over time, the next teams to play have no time to warm up. Games will start and finish on the sound of the hooter and not the bell.
